Tips on training my dog?

my dog is going 2b 1 year old soon and shes just not getting it she is all ways running around and when i let her in she likes 2 runs around the house i really dont no what 2 do and some times when i pet her she will randomly freak out and start jumping on me and some times lightly biting me on the arm plzz help.... thanks doodle~
