By using installous you can get all those apps for free but those are cracked games and it is illegal to download them. I am not responsible if you get caught i warned you. The best jailbreaking software in my opinion is redsn0w. Permanent? I think you mean untethered, this means you don't have to plug it into the computer everytime you need to reboot.
