She just has something against you whatever it is and is trying to make you jealous. It sounds like she doesn't even like him and is just trying to piss you off if she's glaring at you and making fun of you. The reason i think he's ignoring you when she's around and then talking to you when she isn't is because you're still his friend and he still cares about you but he doesn't want to get you mad cuz it sounds like he's totally into this chick. My advice is to ignore both of them, he doesn't deserve to be your bff if he's going to treat you like **** and start talking to you again when HE'S ready. And this chick isn't worth any of your time or thought if she's only going out of her way to piss you off
