Whats a good birthday present for a 16 YO girl?

its for my friend Deanna, I was thinking of getting her a set of colored pencils cause she always doodles and shes like, insanely good, but when I looked at Micheals.com it looked kinda lame and there weren't any prices. Im trying to keep it 15$ and under ( cause that's basically all the money I have).
