Its the new world order that so many deny is happening. It was signed in Rio in 1992. It is happening. Nothing is normal anymore. Decisions are made by leaders of the world to shape it like they want and keep the group together. All countries who signed this agreement fall in line. They have to no choice now that interdependency has been so carefully built among nations. There is no way out now. The masses are the unwitting victims of their grand scale plans.
