Any Drawing Tips for an Amateur?

I'm a young, just-starting-out, amateur artist and I really love to draw. (In reality all I really do is doodle on notebook paper, but I'm ditching that because I really wanna get better) I'm looking for just tips on drawing in general, stuff like shading, hands and feet, different face/nose/eye/ear shapes, digital art, different types of shoes and clothes, materials to use, different ways to color, sitting and standing positions, or pretty much anything! The stuff I draw is usually pseudo-manga/anime, if there are specific things for that criteria. Thanks!
